摘要
目的:探讨益肾散结复方及其拆方对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏组织的影响研究。方法:取健康清洁级SD大鼠70只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、温肾益精化瘀组、滋阴益肾化瘀组、益气化瘀组及全方组。除正常对照组外,其他组建立阿霉素肾病模型。造模成功后,阳性药物对照组给予盐酸贝那普利灌胃;温肾益精化瘀组、滋阴益肾化瘀组、益气化瘀组及全方组给予相应药物连续灌胃,正常对照组与模型对照组,给予等量的0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃,达疗程后,测定大鼠尿蛋白定量及血清中尿素氮、血肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯的浓度,观察电镜下肾脏组织的形态学改变。结果:与模型对照组比较,益肾散结复方全方组及拆方组均能调节脂代谢紊乱、控制蛋白尿、改善肾功能、修复肾脏组织。其中,全方组在控制蛋白尿,改善血清胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、血尿素氮、血肌酐、修复肾脏组织方面显著优于阳性药物对照组。结论:益肾散结复方全方组及拆方组均能有效调节脂代谢紊乱、控制蛋白尿、改善肾功能、修复肾脏组织,为进一步开展细胞实验奠定基础。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishen Sanjie compound and its preparation on renal function in adriamycin nephropathy rats.Methods:70 SD rats of healthy and clean grade were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,positive drug control group,warming kidney and benefiting essence and removing blood stasis group,nourishing Yin and benefiting kidney and removing blood stasis group,benefiting qi and removing blood stasis group and whole prescription group.Doxorubicin nephropathy model was established in other groups except the normal control group.After successful modeling,benazepril hydrochloride was given to the control group.The kidney essence of blood group,ziyin kidney blood circulation,replenishing qi blood group and the whole party group was given continuous lavage corresponding drugs,normal control group and model control group,gave the same amount of 0.9%sodium chloride solution to fill the stomach,of course,the determination of body mass in rats,24-hour urine protein quantitative and serum urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,cholesterol,triglyceride.Results:compared with the model control group,both the whole prescription group and the unrecipe group could regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism,control proteinuria and improve renal function.Among them,the whole prescription group was significantly better than the positive drug control group in controlling albuminuria and improving serum cholesterol,serum triglyceride,blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine.Conclusion:Yishen Sanjie compound whole prescription and unrecipe can effectively regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism,control proteinuria and improve renal function in rats,laying a foundation for further cell experiments.
