64层CT灌注成像参数与胃癌位置 分化程度的关系 被引量:2

摘要 胃癌是临床常见消化道恶性肿瘤,早期诊断及确定术前分期对其治疗及预后意义重大,内窥镜、胃肠道照影是临床常用检查方法,依靠形态学改变进行诊断,在胃癌检出中具有重要作用,但对于胃癌分化程度的确认有其局限性[1]。随CT技术的发展,多层螺旋CT(multi?鄄detector row CT,MDCT)图像分辨率提高,除发现胃癌病灶外,对病灶浸润情况、淋巴结转移情况等均具有诊断价值。
