摘要
张祥龙关于儒法时间意识与秦灭汉兴的内在逻辑关系的阐释已日益引起学术界的关注。张祥龙认为,秦汉儒法之争的根本在于时间意识:法家的时间侧重于“现在时”,而儒家的时间侧重于“历史性”;儒法不同的时间意识直接影响到了秦汉不同的权力传承方式,汉朝正是因为通过儒家对原初时间的把握解决了权力传承的问题。张祥龙以现象学、结构主义和密释学的方法还原人在历史中的实际生活经验而显现法家思想的根本缺陷和儒家哲理的关键意义,凸显了当代儒学在比较视域与跨文化诠释中的思想特质,为当代儒学的反省提供了一条可资借鉴的思想进路。
Zhang Xiang-long’s interpretation of the internal logical relationships between the time consciousness of Confucianism and legalism and the fall of Qin and the rise of Han has attracted increasing attention in the academic circle.Zhang Xianglong argues that the root of the controversy between Confucianism and Legalism in the Qin and Han Dynasties lies in time consciousness.Legalists’time focuses on the“present tense”,while Confucians’time focuses on the“historicity”;different time consciousnesses of Confucianism and legalism directly impacted on the ways of power inheritance in the Qin and Han Dynasties.In the Han Dynasty,it was precisely because of the Confucian grasp of the original time that the problem of inheritance of power was solved.By using phenomenology,structuralism and hermeneutics,Zhang Xianglong restores people’s real-life experience in history,and reveals the fundamental defects of legalism and the key significance of Confucian philosophy,highlighting the ideological characteristics of contemporary Confucianism in the comparative perspective and cross-cultural interpretation,and providing a way for contemporary Confucianism to reflect on itself.
