摘要
孝慈伦理所以能够得到确立并有效地发挥作用,乃是由于孝慈精神的内在支撑。所谓孝慈精神,是指血缘亲情所催生的、中国传统文化所养育的、用以指导调节家庭长辈和晚辈之间利益关系的价值理念,即长辈应关心爱护晚辈以尽慈道,晚辈应孝敬赡养长辈以尽孝道的思想意识。孝慈精神作为封建意识在近现代家庭伦理三次转型中均受到冷落与批评,始终处于尴尬境遇。事实上,孝慈精神源于血缘亲情,具有形成基础的普遍性,不仅适应于昨天的传统社会,而且也同样适应于今天的现代社会。
The reason why the ethics of being dutiful and kind could be established and play their parts was that they had the support of the dutiful-kind spirit immanently.The dutiful-kind spirit was the axiological idea that had been nurtured by the traditional Chinese culture,and had been used to adjust the interest relation between father and son,which was the ideological consciousness that the father should love and care for the son so as to practice the theory of duty,and the son should respect and love the father so as to practice the theory of kindness.The dutiful-kind spirit,which has been regarded as a feudal consciousness,has seen different snubs and comments,being in a embarrassed state all the time.In fact,the dutiful-kind spirit is rooted in the consanguinity feelings,and is not only suitable to the traditional society,but also to the modern society.
