摘要
目的:探讨集约化管理模式在慢性伤口患者的伤口管理中的应用。方法:选取52例慢性伤口患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组和观察组各26例。对照组伤口换药实施责任制模式管理,观察组实施集约化模式管理。比较两组患者换药的耗时、换药费用、护士以及患者满意度。结果:观察组的换药耗时、换药费用低于对照组;护士及患者满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在慢性伤口患者中实施集约化管理,可显著提高患者及护士满意度,便于护士操作,降低换药的费用及耗时。
Objective: To explore whether the intensive management mode has positive significance in the management of patients with chronic wounds.Methods: Fifty-two patients with chronic wounds were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 26 cases each.Responsibility management mode was implemented in the control group for wound dressing while intensive management mode in the observation group.The time and cost for dressing and the satisfaction status of nurses and patients were compared between the two groups and the positive significance of its clinical application was discussed.Results: The time and cost for dressing were less and satisfaction status was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of intensive management in patients with chronic wounds can significantly improve the satisfaction of both patients and nurses, facilitate nurses’ operation and reduce the time and cost for dressing.
