摘要
目的:探析对腹部引流管渗液伤口患者应用肠造口袋联合可塑贴环的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年6月~2022年6月本院收治腹部引流管渗漏伤口患者32例,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=16)和观察组(n=16),对照组患者接受两件式造口袋干预,观察组患者联合可塑贴环干预。对两组患者在创面愈合效果、并发症情况以及生活质量方面进行评价。结果:每天换药频率方面,观察组患者显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面愈合有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出现相关并发症事件例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后生活质量相关因子指标测量所得分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹部引流管渗液伤口患者采取两件式造口袋干预联合可塑贴环能够促进创面愈合速度,降低风险事件,提高生活质量,有积极协同辅助效果。
Objective:Exploring the clinical effect of using enterostomy bags combined with plastic patch rings on patients with abdominal drainage tube leakage wounds.Methods:32 patients with abdominal drainage tube leakage wounds admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were included.Using a random number table method,16 patients in each group were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received two-piece pocket intervention,while the observation group received a combination of plastic patch intervention.Evaluate the wound healing effect,complications,and quality of life of two groups of patients.Results:In terms of daily dressing change frequency,the observation group patients were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life related factor indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of two-piece pocket intervention and plastic patch ring can promote wound healing speed,reduce risk events,improve quality of life,and have a positive synergistic auxiliary effect on patients with abdominal drainage tube leakage wounds.
