摘要
社会工作理论与实践关系问题,是社会工作发展中的一个核心问题,对于社会工作专业和服务具有重要的建设性和发展性功能。社会工作理论与实践,在现实发展逻辑中存在时序差,进而造成错位匹配;而学术研究中也存在理论对实践的“单向度”建构,本质上都是对社会工作理论与实践关系的错误认知,以及“教育先行”的逻辑发展。研析社会工作进入我国以来理论与实践关系的初始形态、发展演变、相互影响以及互构过程能够发现,社会工作教育在由“单兵突进”转向教育与实践的“双向推动”过程中,社会工作理论与实践的关系,也呈现为一种新的“互构性生成”关系。
As a core issue in social work,the relationship between theory and practice of social work performs important constructive and developmental functions for social work specialty and service.There lies a time gap in the logic of realistic development of social work theory and practice,leading to matching dislocation.While in academic research,there is also a“one-way”construction between theory and practice,which essentially stems from a wrong cognition of the relationship in social work,and from the logical evolution of“education first”thinking.Therefore,the author,by studying the initial forms,evolution,mutual influence and mutual construction processes of the relationship in China since the introduction of social work,finds that a new kind of“mutually constructive generation”relationship is formed,as social work education is transforming from the“one-way progression”mode to the education and practice“dual propulsion”mode.
