摘要
能否落实中央有关教育信息化的战略部署和实现教育现代化,中小学教师信息素养起到至关重要的作用。该文从信息意识、信息知识、信息操作与能力、信息道德与安全四个维度调查了丽水市中小学教师的信息素养,得出的主要结论有:中小学教师的信息素养,在性别这一因素上不存在显著性差异,在年龄、教龄、职称等方面存在显著性差异,小学教师在信息素养方面得分高于其他类别学校的教师。在调查分析的基础上,从"创造培训条件,使教师信息素养提升制度化""更新培训内容,切实提升教师信息化素养""融入日常教学,有效提升教师信息素养""利用新媒体环境,提升信息安全和道德意识"等4个方面提出提升中小学教师信息素养的合理化建议。
The information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers plays a vital role in the implementation of the central government’s strategic deployment of educational informationalization and the realization of education modernization. The research group studied the information literacy of the school teachers of Lishui along four dimensions: information consciousness, information intellectuality, information operating ability,and information morality and security. In the meanwhile, some conclusions were drawn. The results indicate: the gender factor does not result in significant difference in information literacy among the teachers;factors like age,years of service, and professional titles result in significant difference in information literacy among the teachers;primary school teachers show better performance in information literacy than others. On the basis of the analysis,the research group put toward the rationalization proposals from the following angles. Firstly, it is suggested to create training condition for instituting teachers’ information literacy. Secondly, it is better to update training content for a better effect. In addition, it is advised to integrate teachers’ information literacy into teaching process.Besides, utilizing new media circumstance to enhance its security and moral awareness is also a good choice.
