摘要
研究了无机材料及玻璃纤维增强脱硫石膏强度。实验结果表明单掺无机材料能不同程度改善石膏强度,复掺后石膏7d的抗折、抗压强度可达5.91MPa、23.85MPa;掺入玻璃纤维能够明显改善石膏抗折强度,经煮沸、盐酸及偶联剂预处理后掺入石膏中7d抗折、抗压强度可达7.58MPa、26.15MPa。
The paper studies the effect of the inorganic material and glass fiber of FGD gypsum on its strength.The experimental results show that the strength of gypsum can be improved by adding inorganic materials,meanwhile,the fracture resistance and compressive strength of the mixed gypsum for 7d are up to 5.91MPa and 23.8MPa,add⁃ing glass fiber can significantly improve the flexural strength of gypsum.After boiling,hydrochloric acid and cou⁃pling agent pretreatment,the fracture resistance and compressive strength of gypsum mixed with 7d can reach 7.58MPa and 26.15MPa.
