摘要
对比研究了矿粉、粉煤灰、硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥和碱环境下矿粉对脱硫石膏力学性能、耐水性能的影响,并通过SEM、XRD等微观分析探究了改性材料的作用机理。研究结果表明:m脱硫石膏:m矿粉:mCaO:m减水剂=4:1:0.3:0.04,在水胶比为0.41时,改性脱硫石膏的抗压强度达到了38.2 MPa,软化系数为0.67。
This paper compares to study the influence of slag powder, fly ash, Portland cement, alumina cement and alkali on the mechanical properties and water resistance of desulfurized gypsum, and explores the mechanism of modified material by microscopic analysis such as SEM and XRD. The testing results show that when the mix ratio desulfurized gypsum, slag powder, CaO, water reducing agent is 4:1:0.3:0.04, when the water-binder ratio is 0.41, the compressive strength and the softening coefficient of the modified desulfurized gypsum can reach 38.2 MPa and 0.67.
