摘要 针对我国职业教育集团化办学中存在的不足,通过构建"1463"体制机制、搭建资源共享平台、开展多种形式的师资培养、构建多元合作育人模式、增强学校服务社会能力、重构集团化办学治理体系等途径,激发集团化办学活力,深化政校企(医)院深度融合,推动高职学校和行业企业形成"双主体、三共赢、四共生"的校企命运共同体模式。 In view of the shortcomings of collectivized running of vocational education in our country,we should stimulate the vitality of collectivized running of college,deepen the integration of government,college and enterprise and promote the higher vocational college and industry enterprise to form the destiny community model of college and enterprise of"double subject,three win-win,four symbiosis"by building the"1463"system mechanism,setting a platform for resource sharing,developing various forms of teachers’training,constructing a pluralistic cooperative education model,strengthening the college’s capacity to serve the society and reconstructing the management system of collectivized running of colleges.
