摘要
本文根据年度森林督查工作实践,发现森林资源管护和监督检查方面存在的问题,提出一套林地和森林资源监管办法,建立常态化的监管和执法机制,从而有效遏制违法破坏森林资源行为,切实维护森林资源安全。本文从栾川县2019年森林督查的工作实践中发现问题,进行分析,提出整改措施,为今后的森林督查及森林资源保护提供参考。
According to the annual forest supervision work practice,we found problems in the management and supervision of forest resources,proposed a set of forest land and forest resources supervision methods,and established normalized supervision and law enforcement mechanisms to effectively curb illegal destruc⁃tion of forest resources in order to maintain forest resources security.This paper finds problems from the work practice of forest inspection in Luanchuan County in 2019,analyzes them,and proposes corrective mea⁃sures to provide reference for future forest supervision and forest resource protection.
