摘要
本文在阐述了新时期水行政执法工作机制以及构建流域管理与区域管理相结合水行政执法工作机制的目的的基础上,提出了在陆水水库构建流域管理与区域管理相结合的水行政执法工作机制的建议。
On the basis of expounding the water administrative law enforcement mechanism in the new era and the purpose of constructing the water administrative law enforcement mechanism of river basin management and regional management,this paper puts forward five suggestions for constructing mechanism of the water administrative law enforcement work in the combination of river basin management and regional management in Lushui Reservoir.
