摘要
明清时期医家的社会地位已无法提升至高层次上,但徽州医者通过各种方式结识文人、官员,被上层圈子所接纳,并且为其医籍写序,从而提高了业医声誉,拓展了行医的社会资源,促进医术的流传,且在与给当地官员诊治的过程中,积累了一定人脉,为其日后在各地行医提供了便利,在医患关系上占据主动。医者的社会网络,为其在本地乃至外地行医中创造了良好的条件,因其得到名宦名士的信任从而大展身手。可以说,徽州医者独特的社交圈为其提供悬壶济世、参与社会事务的场域,为其施展抱负、达成医者“不为良相,便为良医”的理想创造了条件。
The social status of doctors have been unable to rise to a high level during the Ming and Qing dynasties,but the doctors of Huizhou,by making the acquaintance of literati and officials,were accepted by the upper circle who wrote prefaces for their medical books,thereby improving their reputation in the field of the medical,expanding the social resources of practicing medicine,promoting the spread of medical skills and accumulating a certain contacts in the process of diagnosis and treatment for local officials,which provides convenience for doctors to practice medicine in the future and enables them to take the initiative position in the doctor-patient relationship.It can be said that the social network of doctors has created a good condition for them to practice medicine locally and even in other places,because of which they have gained the trust of the official and famous scholars to do the best.Therefore,it can be said that the unique social circle of Huizhou doctors provides them with a place to practice medicine to help the people and participate in social affairs,and creates conditions for them to display their ambitions and achieve the ideal of "To become a good doctor if you can't become a good prime minister".
