摘要
随着我国国际影响力的不断提升和教育事业的国际化发展,留学生的教学已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。然而,目前留学生的各个培养环节中也存在诸多问题。因此,如何规范留学生管理与教学,提高教学质量,也是许多高校面临的难题。本文梳理并分析近几年医学留学生培养环节中出现的一些问题,并且提出了相应的建议和对策。
With the continuous improvement of China's international influence,and the internationalization of education,the teaching of international students has become an essential part of China's higher education.However,at present,there are many problems in the training of international students.So,how to standardize the management and teaching of international students and improve the quality of education is a severe problem faced by many colleges and universities.This paper sorts out and analyses some issues in the training of medical students abroad in our university in recent years,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
