摘要
基于网络发展的大环境,互联网与高校心理健康教育相结合是必然的。在对"互联网+"背景下高校心理健康教育模式的研究背景和意义进行分析的基础上,构建"互联网+"背景下高校心理健康教育模式,它的构成主要有"互联网+"心理测评、"互联网+"心理健康教育教学、"互联网+"心理咨询、"互联网+"心理健康教育活动。
Based on the environment of network development, it is inevitable that the Internet will combine with the mental health education in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the research background and significance of the mental health education mode of colleges and universities under the background of "Internet+", the mental health education mode in colleges and universities is constructed under the background of " Internet + ". Its composition mainly includes " Internet + " psychological assessment, " Internet + " mental health education teaching, " Internet +" psychological counseling and mental health education activities.
