摘要
目的探讨广陈皮总多糖对二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响。方法选取2,4-二硝基氟苯致小鼠DTH模型,考察广陈皮总多糖对DTH小鼠耳肿胀、脾指数和胸腺指数的影响;同时考察广陈皮总多糖对DTH小鼠与正常小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ的含量变化。结果高剂量广陈皮总多糖能显著减轻小鼠耳肿胀,脾指数和胸腺指数明显下降;降低DTH模型小鼠血清中的IL-2、IL-4含量,但对正常小鼠的血清含量几乎无影响。结论广陈皮总多糖具有免疫抑制作用,但对正常小鼠免疫功能几乎无影响,具有成为安全免疫抑制剂的潜力。
Objective To study the effect of total polysaccharides from Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’on delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)in mice.Methods The mice model of DTH was established by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene treatment.The effect of total polysaccharides from Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’on ear swelling,spleen index and thymus index in mice was observed.The changes of serum IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γwere measured.Results High dose of total polysaccharides from Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’significantly reduced ear swelling,spleen index and thymus index in DTH mice.Meantime,the total polysaccharides decreased the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-4 in DTH mice,but they had little effect on normal mice.Conclusion Total polysaccharides from Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’have immunosuppressive effect,but show little effect on the immune function of normal mice.It has potential as a safe immunosuppressive agent.
