摘要
为了对输电线路杆塔腐蚀状态进行实时监测,基于电偶腐蚀电化学原理,研制了腐蚀监测用传感器,配合采用基于单片机和无线通信模块研制成大气腐蚀监测仪。该仪器具有高灵敏度、多通道、自动选择量程、远程监测、无线传输等功能。在输电线路环境下测试结果显示,监测的电偶腐蚀电流的变化与环境湿度有较好的一致性,该设备为大气腐蚀研究提供了一种便捷和低成本的监测方法。
In order to make real-time monitoring on the corrosion state of transmission overhead line structure,this paper is based on the electrochemical principle of galvanic corrosion to develop a sensor for corrosion monitoring,and also coordinatingly utilizes single chip microcomputer and wireless communication module to develop the atmospheric corrosion monitor.The newly developed instrument has high sensitivity,multi-channel,automatic selection range,remote monitoring,wireless transmission and other functions.The test results in the environment of the transmission line show that the variation of the monitored galvanic corrosion current is in good agreement with the ambient humidity.This equipment provides a convenient and low-cost monitoring method for atmospheric corrosion research.
