摘要
500 kV葛南线沱盘溪长江大跨越跳线串处导线三变四金具存在不同程度的开裂,大跨越侧导线耐张串均出现了不同程度的锈蚀情况,存在掉串、断线的风险,给线路运行带来较大的安全隐患。通过分析,针对在运大跨越耐张塔金具串安全隐患治理的难点,对大跨越跳线三变四结构进行新型设计,对大跨越耐张金具串进行优化设计,并提出一套合理且安全性更高的大跨越导线耐张串更换施工方案,解决了±500 k V葛南线沱盘溪长江大跨越耐张塔金具串安全隐患问题,从而提高了±500 kV葛南线大跨越段线路的安全性,保障了电网的安全可靠性。此方案可适用于在运500 kV输电线路大跨越耐张塔金具串安全隐患治理。
The three-changed-to-four connection fittings of long-span jumper string on ±500 k V Ge-Nan Line(from Gezhouba to Nanqiao convertor station of Shanghai)at Tuopanxi of the Yangtze River have cracking in different degrees.The tension string of the conductor on the long-span side is corroded in different degrees,with the risk of insulator string broken and line broken,brining great potential safety hazard to the line operation. Based on the analysis,this paper aims at the difficulty in dealing with the potential safety hazard of fitting string for the long-span tensioning towers to make a new design for the three-changed-to-four structure of long-span jumper,and also optimize the design of long-span tensioning string,and then puts forward a reasonable and safer construction scheme for the replacement of long-span wire tensioning string,which solves the problem of potential security hazard of tensioning tower fitting string of ±500 k V Ge-Nan Line at Tuopanxi of the Yangtze River,thus improving the safety of ±500 kV long-span section of Ge-Nan line,with the safety and reliability of power grid guaranteed. This scheme can be applied to safety control of long-span tensioning tower fitting strings of 500 kV transmission lines in operation.
