摘要
为了快速监测钢绞线的腐蚀程度,采用逐级逼近实际服役工况的模拟腐蚀试验,研究了腐蚀时间对钢绞线腐蚀层的形成、演化以及钢绞线力学性能的影响,同时基于金属的趋肤效应,将高频交变导纳信号应用于上述腐蚀研究中,发现并证实了导纳谱的极值频率变化规律与力学性能衰减正向相关,从而提出了利用高频导纳谱的频率偏移作为钢绞线腐蚀监测预警的手段,为实现其快速无损、在线监测奠定了基础。
In order to monitor the corrosion degree of steel strands,accelerated corrosion experiments approaching the actual working conditions were done step by step.The influence of corrosion time on the formation and evolution of corrosion layers and the subsequent mechanical property of steel was evaluated.Meanwhile,based on metal skin effect,high frequency alternating admittance signals were applied to above corrosion research,which found and verified the changing trend of peak frequency in admittance spectra was positively related to the attenuation of mechanical properties.Therefore,the approach of using frequency shift of high frequency admittance spectrum to monitor and early warn the severe corrosion state of steel strands was proposed,which paved the development for intact and on-line monitoring of steel.
