脑苷肌肽联合正中神经刺激治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的早期临床疗效 被引量:3

The early-term outcomes of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with median nerve stimulation in patients with traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的研究脑苷肌肽联合正中神经电刺激治疗方案治疗创伤性颅脑损伤患者的早期临床结局。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2017年12月河北省华北石油管理局总医院92例创伤性颅脑损伤患者病例,根据治疗方案情况将患者分为正中神经电刺激组(对照组)和脑苷肌肽联合正中神经电刺激组(治疗组)。两组患者均采取降颅压、抗感染、保护脑细胞、解痉挛等常规治疗措施。对两组患者人院后治疗情况进行对比,通过GCS评分、NIHSS评分和住院时间评价两种治疗方案的早期临床疗效。结果脑苷肌肽联合正中神经电刺激组患者在GCS评分改善、NIHSS评分改善以及住院时间等三个指标中显著优于正中神经电刺激组,GCS评分(治疗组:12.58±2.14,对照组:10.43±1.62)、NIHSS评分(治疗组:13.68±2.12对照组:17.53±1.77)改善更大,住院时间(35.45±10.73d<45.02±9.25d)更短,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于创伤性颅脑损伤患者,治疗中采用脑苷肌肽联合正中神经电刺激的方法可以取得更好的早期临床效果。 Objective To explore the early-term outcomes of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with median nerve stimulation(MNS)in patients with traumatic brain injury (FBI).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 92 TBI patients in General Hospital of North China Petroleum Administration Bureau from January 2017 to December 2017.All patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment,whirh are the MNS group(control group)and combined the MNS and cattle encephalon glycoside group(weatment group).Early clinical outcomes of the two treatment regimens were evaluated by GCS score,NIHSS score,and length of hospital stay.Results There were statistical difference between two groups in GCS scoring(P<0.05)and NIHSS scoring(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the combined the MNS and cattle encephalon glycoside group was shorter than that in the MNS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GCS score(treatment group:12.58±2.14,control group:10.43±1.62),NIHSS score(treatment group:13.68±2.12,control group:17.53±1.77)improved significantly,and the length of stay(35.45±10.73 d<45.02±9.25 d)was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Using cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with the MNS in patients with TBI can achieve better early clinical results.
