摘要
目的观察青蓝天钩饮联合西医常规疗法治疗小儿重症手足口病的临床疗效。方法将112例重症手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组56例;对照组予西医常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用青蓝天钩饮结肠滴注。两组疗程均为12天,观察临床疗效、临床症状复常时间及脑电图的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.71%和71.43%,组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗组与对照组比较,热退、神昏或嗜睡明显减轻,皮疹或疱疹消退的时间缩短(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组脑电图相关分级的变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,脑电图相关分级的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青蓝天钩饮联合西医常规疗法治疗小儿重症手足口病的疗效满意,可较快改善患儿的临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Qinglian Tiangou Drink＂ and western medicine for the treatment of severe children hand-foot-and-mouth disease （ HFMD）. Methods One hundred and twelve children with severe HFMD were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated by western medicine, and the treatment group was added with ＂Qinglian Tiangou Drink＂, with the course of 12 days. The clinical efficacy, recurrence of clinical symptoms and EEG were detected. Results （1） The total effective rate was 85.71% in the treatment group and 71.43 % in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） Compared With the treatment group and control group, the clinical symptoms of fever, unconsciousness, drowsiness have relieved, and there were significant differences in rash or herpes fading time （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3） In each group, there was significant difference in EEG scale between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, significant difference has been found in EEG scale between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂ Qinglan Tiangou Drink＂ and western medicine is effective to treat severe children HFMD and improve its clinical symptoms.
