摘要
用CSZC型高速针刺机,将涤纶制备成克重为550 g/m2的不同厚度规格的针刺滤料,依次对其透气性、强力及断裂伸长率、阻力、滤尘性能进行了测试,分析厚度对滤料综合性能的影响,并探讨了相关机理。研究结果表明,克重550 g/m2涤纶滤料随着厚度降低,强力增加,伸长率减小;但透气性会下降,过滤阻力会相应增加,滤料除尘效率增加。厚度在1.8~2.0 mm时,滤料有较高的除尘效率、强力及伸长率和适宜的过滤阻力。
Using the CSZC high speed needle piercer,the polyester fiber was prepared into a needle filter with different thickness specifications with a mass of 550 g/m2,and its permeability,strength and elongation,resistance,and dust filtration properties were tested in turn.The influence of the thickness on the comprehensive properties of the filter material was investigated,and the relative mechanism was discussed.The results showed that:550 g/m2 polyester filter material per unit area quality decreased with the thickness decreases,the strength increased,and the elongation decreased.However,the permeability will decrease,the filtration resistance will increase accordingly,and the dust removal efficiency of the filter material will increase.At a thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm,the filter material has high dust removal efficiency,strength and elongation,and appropriate filtration resistance.
