摘要
为了获得高效防尘口罩的过滤材料,以聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,采用静电纺丝方法制备PLA纳米纤维并沉积在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)非织造布基材的表面,制备静电纺PLA/PET复合过滤材料。研究了复合过滤材料的结构、纤维直径及过滤性能。结果表明:PLA/PET复合滤料显著改善PET非织造布的过滤性能;随着PLA纺丝液的质量分数的增加,PLA/PET复合滤料的过滤性能逐渐变小;随着电压的增加,过滤性能逐渐增加;PLA/PET复合滤料的过滤效率可以达到98%以上,具有良好的高效防尘性能。
In order to obtain high efficiency filter material for dust mask, PLA nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning withpolylactic acid (PLA) as raw material, and it was deposited on the surface of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) nonwovens to prepareelectrospinning PLA/PET composite filter material. The structure, fiber diameter and filtration performance of the composite filtermaterial were studied. The results showed that PLA/PET composite filter material significantly improved the filtration performance ofPET nonwovens;with the increase of the mass fraction of PLA spinning solution, the filtration performance gradually decreased;withthe increase of voltage, the filtration performance gradually increased;the filtration efficiency of PLA/PET composite filter materialwas more than 98%, which had high effective dust-proof performance.
