摘要
以职业素养为取向的团体辅导对于学业倦怠大学生有一定的干预效果。通过公开招募的方式用学业倦怠量表筛选出30名学业倦怠大学生随机分配至实验组与对照组,对实验组学生进行每周一次、为期8次的团体辅导训练,对对照组学生不做任何干预,根据两组的前后测结果差异考查干预效果。结果显示,干预前,两组在各维度前测数据上未达到显著差异;干预后,两组在学业倦怠总分、自我效能感、考试焦虑等各维度有显著差异。实验组组内前后测显示,在学业倦怠总分、学习投入总分及考试焦虑维度上的数据达到显著差异,在自我效能感各维度上的数据均达到了极其显著差异。结果表明以职业素养为取向的团体辅导能有效提高大学生自我效能感与学习投入,降低学业倦怠与考试焦虑。
The academic burnout of college students is an important focus of learning problems.Based on the correlation between academic burnout and job burnout,this paper attempts to conduct a research on the intervention effect of professional-oriented group counseling on college students with academic burnout.Thirty college students with academic burnout were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group through public recruitment.The experimental group conducted group coaching training once a week for 8 times.The control group did not do any intervention.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pre-test data of each dimension before intervention,and there were significant differences between the two groups in the score of academic burnout,self-efficacy,test anxiety and other dimensions after intervention.The before-after test in the experimental group showed significant differences in academic burnout total score,learning engagement total score and test anxiety,and extremely significant differences in all dimensions of self-efficacy.The results show that professional quality oriented group guidance can effectively improve the self-efficacy and learning engagement of college students and reduce academic burnout and test anxiety.
