摘要
模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multilevel Converter,MMC)已成为电压源换流器高压直流输电系统的首选换流器拓扑,如何保证其可靠性是MMC所要面对的重要问题之一.目前对于MMC可靠性分析大多认为其子模块在运行期间为恒定故障率,忽略了寿命损耗的影响.文中在分析已有可靠性研究策略基础上,考虑寿命损耗的影响,提出了一种基于两参数威布尔分布的MMC可靠性模型.针对子模块构成元件的寿命曲线,依据元件在不同运行时期故障率的变化建立基于威布尔分布的MMC可靠性数学模型,并与传统的可靠性计算模型进行分析比较.在Matlab中搭建仿真模型,验证了所提出方法的有效性与正确性.
Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC) has become the preferred converter topology for voltage source converter HVDC transmission systems.How to ensure its reliability is one of the important issues that MMC faces.At present,most of the MMC reliability analysis considers that its sub-modules have a constant failure rate during operation,ignoring the impact of lifetime loss.Based on the analysis of existing reliability research strategies,considering the influence of life loss,this paper proposes a MMC reliability model based on two-parameter Weibull distribution.According to the life curve of the sub-module components,the mathematical model of MMC reliability based on Weibull distribution is established according to the change of the failure rate of components in different operating periods,and compared with the traditional reliability calculation model.The simulation model is built in Matlab to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed method.
