直流输电换流阀主电路的可靠性分析与优化设计 被引量:24

摘要 在换流阀结构和部件功能分析的基础上,构建换流阀和阀主电路的可靠性框图,分析基于k/n(G)模型的阀主电路可靠性。并对采用不同型号晶闸管时换流阀k/n(G)模型的可靠度、可靠寿命、冗余晶闸管的可靠性边际效益等进行了定量计算,提出了针对可靠性指标的晶闸管选型方法和设计流程。最后对采用不同型号晶闸管时阀的相关经济性指标如损耗、成本等进行了分析计算,总结了综合考虑可靠性和经济性的换流阀主电路优化设计方法。 Based on the analysis of topological structure and component function of thyristor valve,the reliability block diagram of valve and that of main circuit were constructed, then the reliability analysis of main circuit based on k-out-of-n:G model were also conducted.Furthermore,the reliability indexes such as reliability,reliable life and reliable marginal benefit of redundant thyristor for valve based on k-out-of-n:G model with different type of thyristor were calculated and evaluated.Thyristor's type selection and design flow were also illustrated with regard to reliability indexes. Finally,some economic indexes such as loss and cost for valves with different type of thyristor were analyzed,and the optimal design method of main circuit considering both economic and reliable factors was summarized.
