复配抗氧剂对聚甲醛加工稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将受阻酚类抗氧剂A和有机亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂B复配后加入聚甲醛MC90中,并进行多次挤出,对不同复配助剂配方样品进行了力学性能、结晶形态、熔体流动速率、B值和氧化诱导期等分析测试。结果表明,抗氧剂A质量分数为0.10%,B质量分数为0.04%时,MC90的简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)由5.85 kJ/m^2提高至6.68 kJ/m^2;球晶的平均直径由178μm减小至102μm;氧化诱导期由28 min提高至37 min。该配方可明显改善MC90的加工稳定性。 The hindered phenolic antioxidant A and organic phosphite antioxidant B were mixed and added into the polyformaldehyde MC90,and extruded for several times.The mechanical properties,crystalline morphology,MFR,B value and OIT of different compounding auxiliary formula samples were analyzed and tested.The results showed that for formula 4,namely,when the addition of antioxidant A was 0.10%(mass fraction)and the addition of antioxidant B was 0.04%,the charpy notched impact strength of MC90 increases from 5.85 to 6.68 kJ/m^2 at 23℃.The average diameter of spherulite decreased from 178 to 102 microns.The OIT increased from 28 to 37 min.The compound formula can obviously improve the processing stability of MC90.
