摘要
采用抗氧剂复配技术改善了聚甲醛(POM)热稳定较差的问题。通过平衡扭矩分析、等温热失重率分析、等温热质量损失速率分析和力学性能测试,考察了抗氧剂复配体系对聚甲醛热稳定性能影响。实验表明:抗氧剂的总量为0.3%(质量百分率,下同)、主抗氧剂245和辅抗氧剂168的配比为4∶1、甲醛和甲酸吸收剂三乙醇胺的用量为0.1%时,POM的热稳定性显著提高。
The effects of different additive systems in the compounded POM were studied in order to improve to poor thermal stability of polyoxymethylene by the measurement of balance torque, isothermal weight loss analysis, isothermal weight loss rate analysis and long-term aging analyses. The results showed, when the contents of the antioxidant was 0. 3wt% ( main antioxidant 245 : assistant antioxidant 168 = 4 : 1 ) and content of triethanolamine was 0. 1%, the best thermal stability was obtained.
