摘要
教学质量标准是教学质量保障体系的基础规范,是院校开展教学活动的重要依据和提高教学质量的重要保障。当前,军队院校教学质量标准在完善性、规范性、有效性方面还存在一些薄弱环节,因此对院校教学活动全过程、标准的内涵特性、制度建设等方面提出了对策。
Teaching quality standard is the basic norm of quality assurance system and the important basis and guarantee for academies to carry out teaching activities with higher quality.There are some weak links in the perfection,normalization and effectiveness of current standard system in military academies.Thus it is necessary in the course of system construction to work out countermeasures from an overall perspective,considering the teaching process as a whole in combination with the connotation and characteristics of the standard.
