摘要
目的:在中医脑病住院医师规范化培训中,应用导师制联合迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)模式,验证该方法的利弊。方法:60名规培医师依照学号随机分为对照组(30名)和实验组(30名),对照组采用传统教学方法带教和考核,实验组采用导师制带教和Mini-CEX考核,对比两组考核成绩,同时对两组规培医师和带教老师的满意度进行调查。结果:在考核满意度上,实验组高于对照组,在考核等级评判中优异的比例,实验组高于对照组,实验组第二次考核的等级高于第一次考核,其中人文沟通等得分明显提高。结论:导师制联合Mini-CEX的考核模式可与临床工作同步进行,具有具有客观、合理和操作性强等特点,能显著提高规培学员对神经系统常见疾病的诊疗水平,进而提升医疗质量,可在中医脑病专业规培带教考核中进行推广。
Objective:To evaluate the advantags and disadvantages of the tutorial system combined with Mini-CEX in the standardized training of Chinese Medicine encephalopathy Department.Methods:According to their Numbers,60 physicians were randomly divided into the control group(30)and the experimental group(30).The control group was assessed by traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was assessed by Mini-CEX.The assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results:In terms of assessment satisfaction,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the proportion of excellent in assessment rating was higher than the control group.The second assessment level of the experimental group was higher than that of the first assessment,and the score of humanistic communication was significantly improved.Conclusion:The tutorial system combined with Mini-CEX can be carried out synchronously with clinical work,and it has the characteristics of objectivity,rationality and strong operability.It can significantly improve the level of diagnosis and treatment with common diseases of neurology,and then improve the quality of medical treatment.It can be promoted in the professional evaluation of Traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy.
