Objective:To explore the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on blood lipid levels and hemorheological indexes of the patients with hyperlipemia. Methods:All 155 patients were randomized into 77 cases of the observation group and 78 cases of the control group, the control group took simvastatin,10 mg each time, once each day, taking with warm water in half an hour after the supper. The observation group took Xuefu Zhuyu decoction based on the therapy the control group accepted, one dose each day, water decocted and taking twice. Both groups were treated for three months consecutively. To compare blood lipid level, hemorheological indexes, carotid blood flow(CBF) variation and adverse reaction incidence between both groups before and after treating. Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in the indexes of blood lipid, hemorheological indexes and CBF between both groups before treating(P>0.05),both groups have been improved after treating compared with before treating, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the incidences of adverse reaction between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is helpful to improve blood lipid level and hemorheological indexes of the patients with hyperlipemia, increase CBF and won’t increase adverse reaction.
