摘要
针对传统特种车辆自动测试系统测试功能难扩展、无法实现动态配置等不足,提出一种车载分布式ATS动态可配置实现策略。该策略基于开放式的CAN通讯总线协议,通过采用统一化的测试资源模型对当前系统的测试功能进行描述;基于模型所提供的属性信息,系统上位机向分布式测试管理器动态下发配置协议,控制其重建测试节点与数据缓冲之间的映射关系,完成系统主体与测试前端之间的数据存储适配。重点介绍了通讯平台的组成、测试资源模型的构建以及存储映射的动态重建过程。经多次系统测试表明:该配置策略可有效提高分布式ATS的实时配置与工作能力,大幅减轻现场测试人员的工作量,且便于工程实现。
Aiming at the insufficiency of the traditional automatic test system(ATS)test function and the inability to achieve dynamic configuration,a dynamic configurable implementation strategy of the vehicle distributed test system was proposed.The strategy was based on the open CAN communication bus protocol.The unified test resource model was used to describe the test function of the current system.Based on the attribute information provided by the model,the system host-computer dynamically sends configuration protocol to distributed testing manager.The configuration protocol can help the manager to reconstruct the mapping relationship between test-nodes and data-buffer.Finally,the data storage adaptation between the system body and the testing fore end was realized.The paper focused on the composition of the communication platform,the construction of the test resource model,and the dynamic reconstruction process of the storage map.After many system tests,the configuration strategy can effectively improve the real-time configuration and working ability of distributed ATS,greatly reducing the workload of field testers and facilitating engineering implementation.
