摘要
继电保护定值整定计算及现场校核是电力系统安全运行的重要保证,也是继电保护装置发挥电网安全防护作用的基础。提出了一种基于可扩展置标语言(XML)的通用定值标记语言。通过分析保护内部的配置模型,抽象保护的定值语义描述方法,实现保护设备与自动整定及自动测试系统的定值语义匹配。最后,给出了一个通用定值标记语言应用的实例。
Relay protection setting plays key role for power system safe operation. The proper setting calculation and on-site verification is the basis of relay protection for the security of power grid. A general settings markup language for relay protection is proposed based on extensible markup language (XML). Through the analysis of inner configuration model of relay protection, a semantic description method of relay protection settings, which makes protective apparatus semantic matching with automatic setting calculation system and auto-test system, is given. At last, an application example with general settings markup language is provided.
