摘要
以含锡、铜为主的重金属工业固废为例,简单地介绍了余热锅炉的入口烟气参数和设计参数,详细分析了余热锅炉的汽包、上升烟道、烟气冷却室和清灰设备的设计、规格等。针对项目余热锅炉产汽波动大以及蒸汽量较小的特点,选择采用热电联产的余热利用方案,即采用蒸汽蓄热器进行均化,均化后的饱和蒸汽送往螺杆发电机组发电,同时对两种作业模式下的余热利用方案的经济效益进行初步估算,项目经济效益明显。
Taking the industrial solid waste of heavy metal mainly containing tin and copper as an example,inlet flue gas parameters and design parameters of the waste heat boiler were introduced briefly,and the design and specification of steam drum,rising flue,flue gas cooling chamber and dust cleaning equipment of waste heat boiler were analyzed in detail. In view of characteristics of large steam fluctuation and small steam consumption of waste heat boiler in the project,the waste heat utilization scheme using cogeneration was adopted,homogenization was carried out by using a steam accumulator,and the saturated steam after homogenization was sent to screw generator set for power. Then economic benefit of the waste heat utilization scheme of two operation modes was estimated,and economic benefit of the project was obvious.
