摘要 氧化铝生产过程中产生的多余蒸汽如果不加以利用,任其散失,将是一种浪费,增加企业生产成本。本文以能量转化的方式,利用螺杆膨胀机收集富余热蒸汽,从而达到节能降耗的目的。分析表明,利用效果明显,经济效益可观。 If the excess steam produced in the process of alumina production is not used, it will be a waste and in- crease the production cost of the enterprise. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, this paper used energy conversion to collect surplus hot steam by screw expander. The analysis showed that the utilization effect is obvious and the economic benefits were considerable.
