摘要
目的:观察枢经推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将96例腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者随机分为两组各48例,治疗组采用枢经推拿治疗,对照组予常规推拿,隔日1次,每次20 min,共治疗14次。14天后观察两组临床疗效及视觉模拟评分(VAS)、压痛积分及软组织张力情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为95.83%,对照组为72.92%,两组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);两组VAS、压痛积分及软组织张力情况均显著低于治疗前,与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);治疗组低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:枢经推拿治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效肯定,且在缓解疼痛、改善软组织张力状态方面优于常规推拿疗法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of axis meridians massage on lumbardorsal myofascial pain syndrome.Methods:96 cases of patients with lumbardorsal myofascial pain syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by axis meridians massage,while the control group was treated by conventional massage,once every other day,for 20 minutes,a total of 14 times.After 14 days,clinical effect,visual analog scale(VAS),tenderness score and soft tissue tension were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.83%in treatment group and 72.92%in control group;compared between two groups,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).In both groups,VAS,tenderness score and soft tissue tension were all significantly lower than before treatment;compared with before treatment,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05);the treatment group was lower than the control group,and compared between two groups,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of axis meridians massage on lumbardorsal myofascial pain syndrome is definite,and better than conventional massage in relieving pain and improving soft tissue tension.
