摘要
目的探讨中医药治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的有效方法。方法选择诊断明确的慢性ITP患者42例,观察以健脾填精、益气养血为主的归蓉补血片对不同证型ITP的疗效,以及对大、小鼠环磷酰胺血虚及失血性贫血模型的影响。结果归蓉补血片对ITP的总有效率为85.7%,临床可有效改善ITP的出血症状,升高血小板数量,抑制血小板抗体的形成,似可促进骨髓巨核细胞的分化;可提高模型动物的血小板、骨髓有核细胞、红细胞数及血红蛋白含量,缩短电泳时间。结论填精生血法对ITP有较好的疗效。
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) treated by TCM. Method 42 cases of diagnosed chronic ITP were selected. The therapeutic effects of Guirong Buxie tablet (function of fority the spleen and replenish essence, boost qi and nourish blood) on different syndrome type ITP. The effects of Guirong Buxie tablet on exsanguine anemic model and blood cacuity model induced by cyclophosphamide in rat and mice were observed. Result The total effective rate of Guirong Buxie tablet in the treatment of ITP was 85.7%. It could improve bleeding symptom effectively, increase amount of blood platelet, restrain form of blood platelet antibody, promote differtiation of huge nucleus cell in marrow;and increase amount of blood platelet, crythrocyte, hemalbumen, stoned cell in marrow, shorten electrophoretic time in animal model. Conclusion The methods of replenish essence and supplement the blood is effective in the treatment of ITP.
