摘要
探讨新建地方本科高校学报编辑初审的内容和编辑的培养途径.提出了选题审查、复制比审查、稿件结构审查、创新性审查、稿件新颖性审查等具体的形式初审内容,并根据初审要求提出了培养新建地方本科高校学报编辑的途径:熟悉期刊栏目设置,正确使用文字复制比和培养编辑的学术鉴定能力,以上方法能提高初审效率和编辑的学术鉴定能力.
It is aimed to discuss the content of the initial evaluation and explore the approaches to train editors in the newly built local undergraduate colleges.Through the analysis of the current situation regarding college journal initial evaluation,the aspects like the topic reviewing,copy ratio reviewing,manuscript structure reviewing,innovation and novelty reviewing have been chosen as the reviewing contents,and accordingly,based on the requirements of initial evaluation,approaches for the training of journal editors are put forth,which include:a familiarity with the journal columns,the correct and proper use of copy ratio and the training of the editor’s academic appraisal ability.The efficiency of preliminary review and the editor’s academic appraisal ability can be improved by the above-mentioned methods.
