参考文献是科技论文不可或缺的组成部分.它反映了科学的继承性,是对他人知识产权的肯定,反映了论文的学术水平和科学依据,是编辑审稿、文献检索和期刊评价的重要依据,也是精炼论文的重要措施.著录参考文献应注意其真实性、规范性、时效性、确当性,并应注意重点突出、数量充分和语种分布等环节.
Reference is an indispensible component part of the scientific and technological paper.Not only it reflects the nature of the succession of science and affirms others intellectual property rights,but also it represents the academic standard and scientific basis of the paper,and provides bases for editing and revising manuscripts,looking up documents and appraising periodicals.Moreover,it can be an important step for refining the paper.To record reference,it is supposed to pay attention to the paper's authenticity, standardization,effectiveness for a given period of time and accuracy.Meanwhile,take note of the sections on making the focal points stand out and quantities ample as well as the distribution of languages.
