摘要
为增强编辑初审的规范化,提高初审质量,编辑初审应采用规范化的初审意见表。简述编辑初审意见表设计的基本原则和要点,并提出一种可供参考的设计方案。
In order to strengthen the normalization of initial evaluation for editors and improve the evaluation quality, editors should employ the normalized forms of initial evaluation. This paper expounds the basic principles and key points of the design of forms of initial evaluation, and puts forward a scheme of forms of initial evaluation for editors.
