摘要 为了解决高校实践教学受经费、时间、空间等因素限制的问题,以典型机械产品减速器为例,在分析其基本结构的基础上,采用虚拟技术基于Unity 3D构建了减速器虚拟仿真实践教学系统.系统实现了PC端和移动端多平台浏览操作、结构展示、虚拟拆装、AR呈现及课程知识考核等教学实践功能.该系统充分发挥虚拟现实和增强现实技术的优势,提升了学生的学习兴趣,节约了经费投入,为高校信息化建设提供了有益的尝试,具有较好的研究价值和应用前景. In order to solve the problem that the practice teaching in colleges and universities is limited by factors such as funding,time and space,the typical mechanical product reducer is taken as an example.Based on the analysis of its basic structure,the virtual simulation practice teaching system of the reducer is built based on Unity 3D.The system realizes the teaching practice functions of multi-platform browsing operation,structure display,virtual disassembly,AR presentation and course knowledge assessment on PC and mobile.The system gives full play to the advantages of virtual reality and augmented reality technology,enhances students interest in learning,saves investment,and provides a useful attempt for the construction of information technology in colleges and universities.It has good research value and application prospects.
