摘要
为了解决高校机械类专业传统实践教学受设备、时间及场地空间等因素限制的问题,采用虚拟现实和增强现实技术,以典型机械产品RV减速器为例,通过分析其基本结构,基于Unity3D构建了RV减速器虚拟仿真实践教学系统,实现了PC端和移动终端多平台浏览操作、产品结构展示、虚拟拆装、产品AR展示及课程知识考核等教学实践功能。该系统充分发挥VR和AR的技术优势,提升了学生的学习兴趣,节约了实践教学经费投入,为高校信息化建设提供了有益的尝试与探索,具有较好的研究价值和应用前景。
In order to solve the problem that traditional practice teaching of mechanical majors in universities is limited by equipment,time and space,virtual reality and augmented reality technology are adopted.Taking the typical mechanical product RV reducer as an example,through analyzing its basic structure,a virtual simulation practice teaching system of RV reducer based on Unity3 D is constructed. It realizes the teaching practice functions of multi-platform brow sing operation,product structure display,product disassembly and assembly,product AR display and course know ledge assessment on PC and mobile terminal.The system gives full play to the technical advantages of VR and AR,enhances the students’ interest in learning,saves the investment in practical teaching,and provides useful exploration and exploration for the construction of information technology in universities. It has good research value and application prospects.
