甘肃地区沙尘污染对小学生呼吸系统疾病影响的研究 被引量:2

Research on the effects of sand dust pollution on respiratory system diseases and symptoms of school children in Gansu province

摘要 目的探讨长期暴露在沙尘污染环境中的儿童呼吸系统疾病和症状发生状况。方法2016年4~5月,选取受沙尘天气影响不同的甘肃省民勤县(沙尘污染区)和平凉市(对照区)为研究区域,随机整群抽取3~6年级小学生3915名,民勤县1966名,平凉市1949名,进行呼吸系统健康状况问卷调查。结果民勤县小学生感冒时咳嗽、不感冒时咳嗽、慢性咳嗽、感冒时咳痰、不感冒时咳痰、慢性咳痰、喘鸣、反复呼吸道感染、肺炎、支气管炎和过敏性鼻炎的发生率均高于平凉市(P<0.05);logistic回归模型控制年龄、豢养宠物、家族史等影响因素后,以平凉市为对照,民勤县小学生呼吸系统疾病和症状发生的(OR,95%CI)分别为:感冒时咳嗽(1.45,1.25~1.67);不感冒时咳嗽(1.93,1.50~2.48);慢性咳嗽(2.66,1.91~3.72);感冒时咳痰(1.30,1.14~1.50);不感冒时咳痰(2.61,1.94~3.50);慢性咳痰(2.46,1.58~3.82);喘鸣(1.85,1.45~2.37);反复呼吸道感染(1.56,1.12~2.16);肺炎(1.75,1.02~3.01);支气管炎(1.72,1.28~2.31)和过敏性鼻炎(1.88,1.35~2.61)(P<0.05)。结论长期沙尘暴露可能增加小学生呼吸系统疾病和症状发生风险。 Objective To explore the status of respiratory system diseases and symptoms of school children who exposure in long-term sand dust pollution.Methods Minqin County and Pingliang City of Gansu Province were selected as the sand dust pollution area and control region,respectively.3915school children(Minqin,1966;Pingliang,1949)were selected by random cluster sampling and were given questionnaires from April to May in 2016.Results The incidences of cough with cold,cough without cold,chronic cough,expectoration with cold,expectoration without cold,chronic expectoration,wheeze,recurrent respiratory tract infection,pneumonia,bronchitis and allergic rhinitis were higher in Minqin than those of Pingliang(P<0.05).The multiple-factor logistic regression model was used to control the influence factors,such as age,keeping pets and family history and so on.Take Pingliang as the contrast,the diseases and its adjusted OR(95%CI)values of Minqin were cough with cold(1.45,1.25-1.67),cough without cold(1.93,1.50-2.48),chronic cough(2.66,1.91-3.72),expectoration with cold(1.30,1.14-1.50),expectoration without cold(2.61,1.94-3.50),chronic expectoration(2.46,1.58-3.82),wheeze(1.85,1.45-2.37),recurrent respiratory tract infection(1.56,1.12-2.16),pneumonia(1.75,1.02-3.01),bronchitis(1.72,1.28-2.31)and allergic rhinitis(1.88,1.35-2.61)(P<0.05).Conclusions Long-term dust exposure maybe increases the risk of respiratory system diseases and symptoms to school children.
