摘要
以采煤机结构组成为分析基础,采用PROE和ADAMS软件建立了采煤机的动力学仿真模型,开展了采煤机牵引部的动力学仿真分析研究,找到了滚筒轴向位移、导向滑靴、行走轮作业过程中的运动规律及存在问题,并由此提出了牵引部的改进建议。该研究对提高采煤机牵引部的综合性能具有重要作用,可为企业提前开展牵引部的优化改进及事故预防提供指导。
Based on the analysis of the structure of shearer,the dynamic simulation model of shearer is established by PROE and ADAMS,and the dynamic simulation analysis of shearer traction part is carried out.The movement rules and existing problems of the drum axial displacement,guide slipper and walking wheel during operation are found,and suggestions for improvement of the traction part are put forward accordingly.The research plays an important role in improving the comprehensive performance of shearer traction department,and can provide guidance for enterprises to optimize and improve the traction department in advance and prevent accidents.
