摘要
以采煤机结构组成为基础,通过采用PROE和ABQUS软件建立采煤机行星架的仿真模型,对行星架使用过程中的结构特性进行仿真分析研究。结果表明,行星架在运行过程中,在较多位置出现了应力集中、应力及结构变形分布不均匀等现象,并由此对行星架结构提出了优化改进建议。该研究可对掌握采煤机行星架的变化规律、提高采煤机的生产效率以及后期进一步开展采煤机的其他关键部件性能研究提供研究思路。
On the basis of the structure of the coal mining machine,and the simulation and analysis of the structure characteristics of the carrier are carried out through the establishment of the simulation model of the carrier of the coal mining machine.The results show that,during the operation,the stress concentration,stress and structural deformation distribution of the planet carrier are not uniform,and the structure of the planetary frame is optimized and improved.It is of great significance to master the changing law of the carrier of the coal mining machine and to improve the production efficiency of the coal mining machine.It is of great significance to master the changing law of the carrier of the coal mining machine and to improve the production efficiency of the coal mining machine,and also provides a research thinking for further research on the performance of other key components of the coal mining machine in the later stage.
