摘要
分析梳理公共就业服务知识库应用现状,基于知识生命周期理论对公共就业服务知识管理的具体内容进行研究,构建公共就业服务知识库系统逻辑模型,提出公共就业服务知识库系统构建的实施步骤和保障措施。为地方构建公共就业服务知识库系统、实现知识管理和知识服务提供科学可靠的思路和参考。
The paper analyzes the application status of public employment service knowledge base,studies the specific content of public employment service knowledge management based on the theory of knowledge life cycle,constructs the logic model of public employment service knowledge base system,and puts forward the implementation steps and safeguard measures for the construction of public employment service knowledge base system.It provides scientific and reliable ideas and references for local governments to build the knowledge base system of public employment service and realize knowledge management and knowledge service.
