摘要
目的通过分析大英县吸毒人员哨点监测数据,了解当地吸毒人员艾滋病相关知识与行为情况,为针对此类高危人群更新艾滋病性病防治策略提供参考。方法收集2016-2018年大英县吸毒人员哨点监测数据,运用SPSS 23.0软件,采用卡方检验方法,分析吸毒人员艾滋病防治知识知晓率,共针情况,吸食毒品后发生性行为情况,以及艾滋病、丙肝、梅毒感染率等。结果被调查人群中不同性别、文化程度、民族之间人口构成各年度变化不明显。吸毒人员中20岁以下年龄组的人口的构成比有所增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),婚姻状况各年差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),未婚的人群构成比增加较明显。2016-2018年大英县吸毒人群具备较高的艾滋病相关知识水平,且3年间无明显变化。至少接受过一项服务的人数达297人,但对社区药物维持治疗/清洁针具交换等具有一定约束性的服务方式接受情况较差。HIV检出率为0,梅毒和丙肝检出率分别为3.33%和4.00%,其中多病种合并感染率仅0.67%。本地区吸毒人群以吸食新型毒品为主。提高知晓水平对本地区吸毒人员艾滋病相关高危行为影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论大英县吸食毒品人员年轻化趋势逐年递增,吸毒人员中无配偶人群也逐年扩大,建议加强对毒品、卖淫嫖娼等违法犯罪行为的依法打击,加强公共场所安全套推广。
Objective To understand the AIDS related knowledge and behaviors of drug addicts by analyzing the monitoring data of drug addicts’ outposts in Daying county,so as to provide references for updating HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases prevention strategies for such high-risk groups.Methods The monitoring data of drug addicts’ outposts in Daxing county from 2016 to 2018 were collected.Chi-square tests were used to analyze the knowledge rate of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment of drug addicts,the situation of co-injection,the sexual behavior after drug use,and the infection rate of HIV/AIDS,hepatitis c virus(HCV) and syphilis by SPSS23.0 software.Results The annual changes of different genders,educational levels and ethnic groups were not obvious.The proportion of drug addicts in the under-20 age group has increased year by year,which had significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of unmarried persons has increased yearly,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Local drug users had a high level of AIDS-related knowledge and long-term maintenance in the past three years.The number of people who received at least one service reached 297 from 2016 to 2018,but the acceptance of community drug maintenance therapy/clean needle exchange and other service methods with certain constraints was still poor.The detection rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV were 0.00%,3.33% and 4.00%,respectively.Drug users mainly take new drugs in this region.Raising the awareness level would not have a positive impact on the AIDs-related high-risk behaviors of drug addicts in this region.Conclusion The younger trend in drug addicts is increasing year by year,drug addicts without spouse also expanded year by year.It is suggested to strengthen the legal crackdown on illegal and criminal behaviors such as drugs,prostitution and whoring,and strengthen the promotion of condoms in public places.
