摘要
目的分析北京市东城区开展第三轮艾滋病综合防治示范区工作完成情况,评估示范区实施效果。方法从宣传教育与政策培训、监测与检测、预防干预、随访治疗与关怀救助、工作创新方面分析东城区示范区工作完成情况。结果社区居民及高危人群的艾滋病知晓率均达到了90.00%;共检测HIV抗体253万人次,阳性检出率0.14%(3 626/2 533 360);累计干预暗娼、男性同性性行为者、吸毒人群共705 485人,发放安全套780 988个;HIV/AIDS随访检测率98.78%,配偶或固定性伴接受艾滋病抗体检测的比例98.10%,接受规范抗病毒治疗比例86.03%,接受结核病检查的比例99.59%均达到了指标要求;探索社区参与高危人群干预、尿液匿名传递检测、检测与治疗的"一站式"服务模式。结论北京市东城区较好的完成了第三轮艾滋病综合防治示范区工作任务,达到了指标要求,发挥了示范带头作用。
Objective To analyze the completion status of the third round China Comprehensive AIDS Response Program so as to assess the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and control. Methods The completion status was analyzed from the perspective of the publicity and education,monitoring and testing, preventive intervention, follow-up treatment, caring and rescuing, work innovation and innovation work. Results The awareness rate of AIDS among the community residents and high-risk groups was 90%. 2.53 million person-times of HIV test were performed,the detective rate of HIV was 0.14%(3 626/2 533 360). 705 485 individuals of MSM, female sex workers and drug addicts were intervened,and 780 988 condoms were issued. The follow-up detection rate of HIV/AIDS was98.78%,and the proportion of spouses or fixed partners receiving HIV test was 98.10%. 86.03% of HIV/AIDS patients had received standard antiviral treatment, and 99.59% of HIV/AIDS had received TB examination. All the indicators mentioned above have achieved the requirements. The one-stop service model of community participation in urine anonymous delivery detection and treatment in the high-risk groups was developed. Conclusion The Dongcheng district of Beijing has completed the quality indicators of the third round China Comprehensive AIDS Response Program.
