摘要 声乐表演专业的学生在临近表演或表演时都会出现不同程度的紧张焦虑,从而会影响到演出或考试.由于对失败的恐惧而导致学生对舞台的惧怕,使学生失去了舞台表演欲望.“五音体感”疗法是一种心理治疗方法,是在音乐疗法的基础上,结合五音五行的心理疗法.以淮南师范学院声乐表演专业学生为例,从调查问卷入手,结合“五音体感”音乐疗法来解决舞台紧张焦虑问题,并进行归纳、总结和分析. Students majoring in vocal music performance will have different levels of anxiety when they are close to performance,which will affect the performance or examination.Because of the fear of failure,the students are afraid of the stage,so that they lose the desire to stage performance,five-note vibroaconstic therapy is a kind of psychotherapy,which is based on music therapy and combined with five-note and five-element psychotherapy.Taking the students majoring in vocal music performance in Huainan Normal University as an example,this paper starts with the questionnaire and combines the five-note vibroaconstic music therapy to solve the problem of stage tension and anxiety,and conducts induction,summary and analysis.
